Obituary for Benedetta A. Deubel
Benedetta Deubel was a caring mom, grandma, daughter, sister and friend. After surviving three bouts of cancer, double knee replacement surgery and Alzheimer's, she passed on February 1, 2022 from COVID 19 complications.
She was born to Alfonso and Jennie DeLucia on June 24, 1940 and grew up in Bethpage, NY where she met her husband, John B. Deubel. Together, they had two children, John and Mike, and resided in Sag Harbor, NY.
Benedetta loved music, dancing, travelling abroad and spending as much time as possible with her family that she adored beyond words. She will be sorely missed not just by her family, but by everyone who knew her.
