Obituary for Charlotte Corrar
Charlotte Kathleen Corrar of Lindenhurst, NY passed into the loving arms of our Dear Lord on May 1st, 2021 at the age of 92. She was caring and devoted Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Family and her RC Catholic Faith were her biggest priority.
Born April 10, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY. Married to the late Manuel “Bill” Corrar in 1948.
She was a devoted mother to 6 children: Charlotte Leary, William Corrar (Janet), Susan Edwards (Charles), Barbara Ledwith (Mark), Thomas Corrar (Kimberly) and Paul Corrar. A treasured Grandmother to 14 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. She was the ultimate Mother and Grandmother. She is also survived by her brother, Herbert Etheridge.
Charlotte was often described as the “nicest person in the world” and she was certainly that! She was kind, sweet, strong, loving, never met a stranger and always had kind words for all. She will be dearly missed by so many friends and family.
