Obituary for Lorraine Feith
Lorraine Anne Feith, 93, born on January 9, 1929, in Woodside, NY. She was the youngest of three girls born to James and Hazel Hayden. Lorraine graduated St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic High School in 1947 and married Robert Feith in 1951. They started their family of eight boys in 1954 (Robert, John, Raymond, Richard, Thomas, Daniel, David & Steven). The family moved to Lindenhurst, N.Y. in 1957 where she raised her sons. Her beloved husband died in 1978.
Lorraine moved to W. Covina, CA in 1980 and worked as an Administrative Receptionist at Imperial High School for 13 years. She had a strong faith and belief system, regularly attended church and was an active member of her local congregation serving on the local church board as the Treasurer. In her senior years, she was very active and enjoyed traveling with her sisters (Gloria & Ann). They visited many countries including England, Scotland, Belgium, France, Holland, Germany, Israel, Mexico, Thailand & Jordan.
Lorraine suffered stroke at the age of 80 years old which resulted in slower lifestyle. With many of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren close by she was able to attend special events, birthdays, graduations and weddings to honor their milestones. She had 8 children, 11 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Lorraine was not afraid of death and knew in her heart that we are all God's children, made in His image and that this life is a journey to a greater fulfillment of the ultimate Spiritual Experience – Eternal Life in God's Kingdom.
Lorraine entered eternal rest on August 7th, 2022 at the age of 93. She, will be rejoined with her husband of 27 years awaiting the resurrection to eternal life at her saviors second coming.
