To Ray's family, I worked with Ray on the East Side Access project and always enjoyed his gentle kindness. It was upsetting to hear of his passing and I am praying for all of you and for Ray's soul. I have asked for a Mass to be said for Ray on July 18 at my parish, St. Mary's in Conshohocken, PA. God bless all of you and may Ray have eternal rest with the Lord. Sincerely, Andy Byler

To Ray's Family
I was shocked and saddened upon hearing of Ray's passing. I worked with Ray for 26 years at the LIRR and can say that even when he was my President he never forgot where he came from. I always looked forward to working CAP duty with Ray at the Golf Tournaments; either when he was an usher or the President of the LIRR he was the same Ray to me.
Ray I am Wishing you a clear track past heaven's gates. Proceed directly to and terminate your run at Paradise Station. God Bless

I had the good fortune and privilege to work with Ray in 2017/2018 while he was an employee of WSP. Ray was a key member of our team and helped us launch a new rail service in Connecticut for the first time in 30 years. Ray's experience and knowledge were instrumental to that successful launch but what I'll remember most about him is how he cared about people he worked with and his ability to handle even the most difficult situation with grace and professionalism. He was a class act.

My condolences to Ray's family and friends during this most difficult time.

Sincerely, Rob Yirigian
