Great Guy

Hi, I knew George through my Dad, Joe Woods. They worked together at Belmont Metals. Dad would share great stories about George and give me gardening tips George gave him. Had great times with the fireworks George gave my Dad too. When I visited South Carolina, George invited us to visit his parents in Frogmore. Such awesome and interesting people. When my Dad passed in 2008, George and I became email buddies. I always appreciated the emails he shared and sometimes felt like I was still talking to my own Dad. Two quality guys. Last year in still cleaning some things from my Dad's home, I came across giant radish seeds. I told George and he said I gave them to Joey. They were old seeds but George told me how and when to plant them. They grew and were awesome. George was so happy to hear that. I will really miss my conversations with George. I'm sure he and my Dad's spirits have reconnected and are planting gardens. My sympathies to your family. Thank you, Debra, for letting me know. Regards, Maureen O'Boyle
