          The resources available today regarding grief are just as vast as the emotions themselves. In the initial days and weeks following a death, even the smallest of day-to-day tasks can feel overwhelming. So much so that the thought of trying to navigate the unbelievable amount of information may seem suffocating.
                                       We are here to help.

          While the experience of grief can be very isolating, we would like to help you take steps to counter the feelings of loneliness and disconnection. Provided is a small grief library with basic information and suggested resources. Please do not hesitate to call us should you need additional support. We will do our best to ease your bereavement, and, if requested, provide a referral to a local grief counselor or therapist.
