Obituary for Marie Stabile

STABILE– Marie Y. Beloved Mother to Mr. Vito S. Stabile of Patchogue and Mrs. Cathy Sue Lilley (nee Stabile) of Middle Island. Also beloved Grandmother to Mr. James Dean Lilley JR. and Mr. Daniel J. Lilley both of Winter Garden FL, went peacefully to the Lord on Tuesday Morning, June 13, 2017 while in VITAS Hospice, Tamarac, FL. Born in Coney Island Hospital on February 17, 1943, the former Massapequa Park resident (1950-65) (also a graduate of Massapequa High School class of 1961) and former Lindenhurst resident moved to Broward County Florida. She was blessed to be one of the first trained as a Eucharistic Minister with the Diocese of Rockville Centre. An avid reader of Spiritual books and a fan of the E.W.T.N. program “Mother Angelica Live”, her patient listening skills and gentle smile will be truly missed by all those that knew her and were a part of her life. She is also survived by her former husband Mr. Gasper S. Stabile of Bay Shore and her boyfriend Mr. Peter M. Agostinelli of Lauderdale Lakes, FL. Please feel free to join her family and friends in a celebration of her life at her services.
