SMITH - Walter A., of North Babylon, originally of Lindenhurst, on February 14, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Jerrilyn; Loving father of Lynn Smith Dunn (Frank), Diana Smith-Barlow and Walter. Caring brother of Ernie, Frank, Robert, and Fran; Cherished grandfather of Caroline, Sabrina, Kendra, Rachel, Jared, Nicki, and Erik. Adored and loved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Reposing Wednesday, 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lindenhurst Funeral Home, 424 South Wellwood Avenue, Lindenhurst. Funeral Thursday 10 am at funeral home. Interment Breslau Cemetery, Lindenhurst.
